Mid Missouri Tigers
Ice Hockey

The Mid Missouri Tigers Ice Hockey program was formed by the merging of the Jefferson City Capitals and the Central Missouri Eagles. While each Club was successful in it's own ways, it was decided by Missouri Hockey, the governing body of youth hockey in Missouri, that the youth players of Mid Missouri would be better served if there was only one Club to offer the best experience for the players.
The Mid Missouri Tigers strive to teach core fundamentals of ice hockey along with good sportsmanship and citizenship. Teams consist of boys and girls from the ages of 4-14. Teams consist of players of all abilities. Our teams play in the Greater Recreational Hockey League and also the Missouri Hockey Travel League. We have teams at the Mite Level (ages 4-8), the Squirt Level (ages 9-10), the Peewee Level (ages 11-12), and the Bantam Level (ages 13-14) Once players have exhausted their playing eligibility at the youth level, they are then able to play for the High School Program which is currently called the Jefferson City Capitals.
The youth teams compete against teams from the Metro St. Louis area, Springfield Illinois and Missouri, Kansas City and Decatur. The High School program plays in the MASHL League which is located in Kansas City.
